Utah auto policies commonly include Personal Injury Protection benefits, but limits, eligibility, covered services, claim status, and patient responsibility vary. The clinic can explain its billing and documentation process, but cannot guarantee that every visit or service will be paid in full.

What should I bring?

Bring photo identification, auto insurance and claim information, relevant medical records, medication information, and attorney contact details if you are represented.

The clinic can provide authorized clinical and billing records. Legal advice and coverage decisions remain outside the clinician’s role.

Depending on the examination, care may include chiropractic treatment, soft-tissue work, movement guidance, or selected adjunct therapies. No modality is automatically required.
